You can start to learn to fly a glider with us at Banbury Gliding Club for an incredible £295 for the Starter package or £495 for the Platinum package - both a 41% discount compared to normal costs!

- 10 Aerotow flights launched to 2,000ft with all flying and instructor time included
- 3 months membership of Banbury Gliding Club
- A Glider Pilot's logbook in which to record your flying progress
- A book introducing you to key aspects of gliding for ground study
- Can be renewed once at the end of the course
| Our Platinum Package comprises of the following for £495 |
- 20 Aerotow flights launched to 2,000ft with all flying and instructor time included
- 6 months membership of Banbury Gliding Club
- A Glider Pilot's logbook in which to record your flying progress
- A book introducing you to key aspects of gliding for ground study
These special packages are open to people who are not already pilots, and who want more than just one day at the airfield.
On these course packages you are treated as a full member of the Club in almost every way, and at the end of the course we'd welcome you to join as a full member.
We realise that flying isn't for absolutely everyone. If within the first three flights, either you or we decide that the package is not for you, the flights you've taken are charged as trial lesson flights, and the balance refunded. After that, we're all committed to flying!
